Information Technology Rates and Fees

Aalpha Solutions are dedicated to providing the highest level of service whilst also been cost effective, so as you know exactly what we charge and what we do we have itemised it below for you.

Service

Upon instruction, you shall be allocated a specialist consultant to work through your vacancies and understand both your company and the type of candidate you are looking for. We then both advertise for new candidates and approach registered candidates, drawing together a short list of candidates for your vacancy. We then hold a 15 minute telephone interview with each candidate finding out their requirements, reasons for looking for a new employer and chatting through their experiences.

Once we have conducted the 1st interview we hold a comparative assessment to see their suitability to the client brief, all candidates that pass the assessment are then forwarded to you for your feedback. Once you have offered feedback we shall then second interview each candidate face to face, again running though the role and company, only at this point when all interviews are carried out and references are checked do we then arrange interviews with you, the client. We shall adhere to your recruitment policies and procedures and once you have selected your candidate we then work closely with the selected candidate offering advice on how to resign from their current employer, relocation assistance if required and assist in adapting within a new environment, ensuring the least disruption to your business.

Fees

20% of annual salary for all single position multiple agency vacancies; these are vacancies that you let more than one recruitment agency work on for you.
17.5% for all single position vacancies where Aalpha Solutions are the only recruitment agency you are working with. We can charge less because we are exclusively working on your vacancy.
15% for all multiple positions where Aalpha Solutions are the only recruitment agency you are working with. Again, as we are exclusive and working several vacancies we can offer the best available rates.
