Why do we Recruitment Agencies exist?

We fill the gap between companies such as yours and the job seeker, ensuring that we find the very best candidates that are available and putting them into the very best companies available.

Why don't we just recruit ourselves?

You can! But you will incur costs with no guarantee of finding the perfect candidate. Costs such as:

Advertising Research candidates work history, experience and qualifications

Phone interviews Reference checking

Initial face to face interviews Checking entitlement to work in the UK

Typically, web and print advertising costs are higher for companies that use single adverts occasionally, and the average cost for 1 advert can be £250.00, and you will need to advertise in more than one location or medium so these costs can really spiral and typically companies can spend well in excess of £2000.00 in all the areas above before you get to interview stage, and still with no guarantee of finding suitable candidates.

Using a recruitment agency such as Aalpha Solutions we do all the above with no charge to yourself, we only charge on a job offer from you to the successful candidate.

Is that the only reason?

No, because we recruit for hundreds of different clients we have a constant access to job seekers that a single advert campaign would not find, and because we have special advertising rates on all jobs we advertise, this covers more than 40 job boards on the internet and on local print press.

So how does the process work?

We try to make it as straight forward to you, the client, so our process method is:

Have initial meeting with yourselves to get a grasp of your organisation, needs and requirements of candidates and to ensure we understand what you are looking for.
Once we have a vacancy we start a recruitment campaign, this includes all advertising and searching our database for candidates.
We select only the most suitable candidates, hold phone interviews and check past history.
Once we are happy we have the best candidates we forward the CV's for you to see, and await your feedback... along with our assistance on what the candidate market is like as so you can chose only the most suitable candidates to interview.
When you have selected your candidates we then hold face to face interviews and reference check, then we arrange interviews between candidates and yourself.
Assuming you find the ideal candidate we arrange all job offers, get all contracts and other material signed and arrange a start date. It's only at this point we then charge for our services.... and if you do not find a suitable candidate? Well... we don't charge and we start a fresh campaign and start the process again all at our cost, until we do find you the perfect candidate.

What if we pay you and the candidate never starts?

To ensure you are protected we offer a rebate system, so if the candidate never starts you are entitled to a 100% refund or replacement. If they leave within a three month period you will receive a % of the fee back. But as we take the biggest steps to ensure that we find you not only the most qualified but the most suitable to fit into your organisation this is a very rare occurrence.
